With a focus on hormone balance, come and see me prepare and cook nourishing and nutritious dishes, at The Forge in Bristol on Thursday 8th November. Always from the perspective of practical, do-able foods, you get to watch me prepare the dishes, smell and taste them too. Plus ask lots of questions and learn from all the nutritional wisdom flying around!
