Emma Ellice-Flint is a qualified nutritionist, nutritional therapist and chef. She has over 20 years experience and is passionate about helping women embrace their body and health. Most recently she has developed a 30-day what to eat program. Designed to help women manage hormonal changes through their life and to feel balanced with their energy, weight and mood.
