    • Guests begin to arrive in the afternoon
    • As the sun sets over the vineyards there is a Welcome dinner on the terrace with Emma.

  • Friday:


    • Morning:  Fresh Lemongrass and Ginger tea, or organic coffee or ‘Morning Zinger’ smoothie prior to:
    • A walk or run through the fields with the villa’s owner, Mania and her dogs
    • Breakfast eaten out on the Villa’s terrace
    • Time at leisure to play tennis or simply rest by the pool or in one of the lounges
    • Late morning Extra Virgin Olive Oil talk and tasting with Elizabeth Berger
    • Lunch served on the Limonaia Terrace
    • Afternoon:  Rest and relax or a time to discuss your health personally with Emma.
    • or Yoga on the lawn with Olivia
    • Then late afternoon Nutrition Cooking Demonstration by Emma, showcasing dinner and teaching the benefits of those foods for our bodies
    • Wine tasting out on the Limonaia Terrace with sommelier, Emily O’Hare
    • Dinner out on the Villa’s terrace

  • Saturday


    • Morning: Fresh Lemongrass and Ginger tea, or organic coffee or ‘Morning Zinger’ smoothie prior to:
    • A walk or run through the fields with Mania
    • Breakfast eaten out on the Villa’s terrace
    • Time at leisure, rest by the pool, read in the lounge or play tennis; Alternatively visit a local market with Emma
    • Nutrition Cooking Demonstration and Talk by Emma, showcasing lunch and teaching the benefits of those foods for our bodies
    • Lunch on the Limonaia Terrace
    • Afternoon to rest and relax.
    • Alternatively join the Art as Therapy workshop
    • Followed by yoga on the lawn with Olivia
    • Pre-dinner Drinks – in the secret woods
    • Dinner – Cooked in the wood fired oven, out by the Limonaia terrace.

  • Sunday:

Meet Your Hosts

About Emma Ellice-Flint

Nutritionist and chef Emma Ellice-Flint is passionate about making a difference to peoples’ lives through nutrition and natural medicine. She founded her practice ‘Eatcetera Nutrition’ with the aim of giving people the knowledge they need to create healthy lives for themselves and their families.

Emma welcomes and treats people with all conditions but digestive wellness and women’s hormone balance are topics close to her heart. So much so that she wrote two evidenced-based cookbooks – one about female hormone balance called The Happy Hormone Cookbook, and another about gut healing called The Bone Broth Bible. She brings together years of clinical experience, evidence-based nutritional advice, a wealth of knowledge about food and the excitement that goes with that understanding.

Previously working as a chef, first in London then Sydney, in 2007 she decided to  do full-time study, qualifying in Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition). Emma regularly attends ongoing professional education, keeping up to date in the ever-changing field of nutrition, and apart from her clinic work, runs nutrition cooking workshops across Australia and the UK.

During the last few years Emma has shared her knowledge by co-running a number of Nutrition retreats in Australia, UK and Europe. Guests learn the value of wholefoods, the benefits to their bodies, and watch Emma prepare those dishes. The retreats have meant guests also have time away from their busy lives, share meals with like-minded people, and above all relax. What a treat!

About Elizabeth Berger

Elizabeth read History of Art and Architecture at university in the UK and benefitted from a year abroad in Pisa for her second year, where her love of Italy began.

Once her studies were over, fully bitten by the travel bug, she began working as a walking guide accompanying small groups of extremely interesting people through the European countryside where art, folklore, flora, food and wine were debated and enjoyed. And out of this came a great appetite to learn more about fine wine. Elizabeth returned to the UK in 2001 to begin her career and studies in the Wine Trade, planning to stay no more than 18 months… twelve years later, London had been good to her and her Italian husband but with the arrival of children it felt like the right time to return to Italy. So in 2013 Elizabeth leapt off the corporate ladder having been Marketing & Wine Director for Champagne Bollinger for 8 years and set up a wine business consultancy, which still occupies most of her working day.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil became a true passion since moving to Tuscany where Elizabeth has applied her knowledge of tasting, selecting and marketing to a small on-line enterprise, which she runs by candlelight with her husband. They sell the very best Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a 6 week period of the year, during harvest, and ship in time for Christmas.

About Olivia, yoga teacher

Olivia is a very passionate yoga teacher, originally from Sydney, now based in Amsterdam.

Olivia has trained extensively in both India and Australia. For a while running her own yoga practise in Byron Bay, Australia.

She brings an amazing calmness to the room, and gently helps you to unwind in yoga positions that are completely achievable, even for the novice.

She is very keen about integrating yoga with healthy eating and lifestyle.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
